The following is a collection of things I’ve learned in the past week from reading mommy blogs.
From Dooce: Even formerly slutty moms can reach acclaim in the blogging world.
From Pioneer Woman: My future brother-in-law Bobby should not be trusted around my future children.
From Sweetney: I am going to be incapable of teaching my children the difference between reality and fantasy, as I have yet to separate the two myself.
From Amalah: Even good mommies yell and can be immature. Which is reassuring, as I’m sure I’ll be exactly the same.
From Misc Mum: My children may begin insulting me with politically incorrect terms such as “homo” as young as three years old.
Michelle is a veteran teen-blogger turned adult. She is a recent graduate of New York University with a BFA in Film & Television, and currently lives back home in Kentucky with her family and fiance, Josh. Michelle and Josh are getting married on May 22nd, 2010. Keep your eyes open - Michelle will likely become a Mommy Blogger soon after.
